DELIVERY INFO.


The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by TORI. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending on the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events, including political unrest, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), etc.


Please read the policies,


Cash On Delivery

  • Inside Dhaka Metro: Delivery charge inside Dhaka Metro is 70 Taka. (Full Cash On Delivery) You will receive the product within 2/3 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: The delivery charge outside Dhaka Metro is 150 Taka (bKash—01841534999). Make payment to this number and send a screenshot (non-refundable). You will pay the remaining amount of the product in Cash on Delivery (COD). You will receive the product within 4/5 working days.

Full Payment & Delivery

  • Apply in advance and non-refundable by developing full payment to get goods through "Pathao Courier" anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Delivery charge & time may change. Please confirm your order by 3 pm daily.

  • Please ensure that you have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order upon delivery.

  • Upon receiving your product, please inspect the package for any visible damage or tampering before accepting it.



EXCHANGE POLICY


We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meet your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in an anticipated manner. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.


Online Purchases


  • "Please note that any form of payment is non-refundable."

  • Please inspect the product carefully while the delivery man is present and pay the remaining amount in cash. No returns, exchanges or complaints will be accepted after the product is delivered.



Offline Purchases


Purchases from the store,

Any product will qualify as an Exchange if it meets any of the following condition(s):


  • "Please note that any form of payment is non-refundable."

  • You can exchange products a maximum of once per invoice, within 3 days of purchasing the product.

  • We will exchange the product for the correct item, subject to availability and in a similar price range. Any price difference will not be refunded.

  • Products with significant quality defects.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered unworn.

  • You should keep and be able to provide proper documentation and proof about your return/refund claim. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories.

  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
