We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to monitoring discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we can't guarantee that your display of a color will be accurate. The actual color of the physical product may slightly vary due to the deviation of lighting sources, photography, or your device display settings.

In the event a TORI product is listed at an incorrect price due to a photographic error, typographical error, or error in pricing information, TORI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
All our product prices and services are subject to tax as applicable by the laws of Bangladesh.
iv. Payment and Credit Note
TORI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet charged within 14 working days from the date of your order placement. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TORI shall issue a credit note/refund the charged amount.
v. Shipping and Processing Fees
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies, in addition, to cover for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products, and delivering them to you. Creating each product is a lengthy process rooted in the crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing, and embroidery, each with its own regional specialty and character.
Dyes usedWe use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes intending to minimize our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. Many of our artisans use AZO-free dyes.

Cotton, Silk, Blends of cotton, linen, rayon, and cotton saree.
A. Hand-woven cottonCotton is a very strong fiber, even when wet, so it holds up very well to repeated laundering. Hand-woven cotton fabric has the added value of allowing more air penetration and is, therefore, cooler, softer, more absorbent, and breathes better than machine-made cotton fabric. This added breathability means you will stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The hand-woven cotton fabric also has a textural beauty and visible character which is not present in the machine-made fabric.

- Before washing test the color for fastness by immersing the corner of the cloth in a cup of water for 15 to 20 minutes. If the color runs, dissolve five tablespoons of salt in a bucket of cold water and soak the garment in this solution for two hours. This may ensure colorfastness.
- Wash items with like colors and turn your clothes inside out, especially dark colors.
- Some colors may require to be washed separately the first few times.
- For machine washing, the following tips will help you extend the life of the product: - Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Cotton should be hand washed in cold water with mild soap. Wash colored clothes separately. Do not soak and dry in shade. Colors like maroon, red, purple, magenta, orange, dark blue, dark green, and turquoise tend to run and should never be in contact with other clothes when wet.
- Keep your zippers and hooks closed to avoid snagging other items in the wash.
- If you choose to use bleach, use non-chlorine bleach which is less harsh on your fabrics and on the environment.
- Tumble dry on low heat. - Remove items promptly from the dryer, preferably when still damp.

C. Blends cotton, linen, and rayon- All these fabrics are blends of cotton, linen, and/or rayon yarns and are handwoven. The yarns used in these fabrics are enriched with different properties and have different tendencies of shrinkage. Therefore, a minimum allowance of one inch has been incorporated in the standard sizing of these garments to compensate for the shrinkage.
- It is recommended that garments made with these fabrics are dry-cleaned to preserve them in their original form when bought.

D. Cotton sareeYour brand-new saree, fresh from its package might feel somewhat stiff. This is just the starch that is applied to the saree during the weaving process. During the gentle agitation, some color might bleed from the saree. This is normal. However, it is better to wash one saree at a time to prevent any bleed over.

Some basic fabric care info
Avoid washing with a washing machine, high alkaline water, and detergent. If possible, wash with shampoo. Do not soak in detergent-mixed water for long. Wash the cloth separately. Use a small amount of detergent during the first wash. Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight after washing. Some streaks of color may come out of the fabric. Soak the cloth with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of alum powder for 20 minutes to prevent discoloration. Hope you get good results. It is possible to get a little smaller after washing clothes. Since the fabrics are made by hand with native yarns and dyes, they may not be 100 percent perfect.

If an order gets canceled, the customer will get refunded with his/her principal amount (paid amount) and disqualified for any kind of offers or cashback associated with the particular order.
The refund process may take up to 30 working days or more depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channels. But TORI retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
